As women age, they may experience osteoporosis, arthritis, reduced muscle strength, balance problems, mobility limitations, and increased fall risk. These age-related changes can affect independence and overall quality of life.
Our Geriatric Women's Care program provides specialized rehabilitation focused on improving mobility, strengthening muscles, enhancing balance, reducing pain, and preventing falls. Treatment may include gait training, functional strengthening, flexibility exercises, balance rehabilitation, posture correction, osteoporosis management, and home safety education. Our goal is to help older women remain active, independent, and confident while maintaining the highest possible quality of life.
